I've merged recent commits on the branch to the trunk and corrected
merge information on all commits from r3131 onwards.

If you type "python ..\..\svnmerge-trunk14.py avail" you will get
2699,2701-2703,2707,2711-2713,2717-2722,2728,2731-2732,2735,2740,2744,2764,2770,
2775,2777-2779,2782,2784-2788,2790-2797,2799-2808,2813-2818,2820-2828,2830-2836,
2838-2846,2848-2866,2868,2870-2875,2877-2883,2885-2895,2901-2909,2911-2914,2916-
2917,2919,2921,2923,2925-2935,2946,2953-2967,2969-2975,2978-2982,2984,2986-2990,
2992-2996,3000-3009,3011-3020,3025,3027-3031,3033,3035-3107,3109-3115,3117-3130,
3338

and this information is correct from 3131 onwards. That is, there is
one patch to be reviewed (r3338) - everything else has already been
merged or blocked. r3338 deals with kekulize.cpp - I didn't want to
interfere with Craig's work here.

I don't recommend marking as blocked everything from 2699-3130 as this
would be misleading and some of these may never have been merged in
the first place. With time, someone could mark some of these as
already merged (svnmerge merge -M) or already blocked (svnmerge block)
by going through the commit messages.
