This was a patch from Craig. So it's safe to say that this is in  
trunk. You can even do a quick scan of the patch to see that it's in  
trunk:

In short, 3338 can be marked as previously merged.

Between Tim and myself, this all seems to be merged -- I just looked  
through the svn log. I'm happy to say that we should block all of these.
