Actually, there's one problem with the Clang build. It's not really Clang -- 
it's compiling with the Clang analyzer, because the C++ support in the last 
release of Clang isn't perfect. So I'm using binaries of the "analyzer" builds 
which are more recent and have better C++ support. The downside is that it 
analyzes all the C code for errors.

I don't know how to turn off the InChI warnings -- I've tried.

The good news is that there will be a new release of LLVM / Clang in a few 
weeks (9/29) so I'll switch to the regular compiler and the warnings will 
generally disappear.
