Dear Ernst-George,

What generator did you use (-G option to cmake)?
I found that I had to specify "MSYS Makefiles", cmake didn't find g++
without -G option for me either. Try "MSYS Makefiles" or "MinGW
Makefiles"  - perhaps one of them will do the trick?
Also, I was running from MSYS bash window, not from a naked Windows cmd
terminal.
