Sorry about that ... I should have run the tests.
That said, I reverted to a "stock" version of the trunk version r4758
(where I started), and both of these tests still fail. The tautomer test
reports:
$ test_tautomer
/home/cjames/openbabel-2.3.x-r4758/source/test/tautomertest.cpp:76:
canonicalTautomers.size() == 1 [13 == 1] (FAIL)
The graphsym test also fails, but my changes make it fail sooner.
I'll see if I can figure out why.
I tried to update to the latest version just now (r4766) and pretty much
every test fails, even if I revert smilesformat.cpp to r4736, the last
change before I started working on it. So I'm going back to r4758 for now
to straighten out any problems I may have caused, and will stick with that
for a few days.
