| Is there any way of reloading bluedragon.xml file?

Random thought:

One thing that I found really convenient in BlueDragon.Net was that it is
very easy to cycle and refresh a .Net application, even from the command
line - one just need to update the web.config file that sits in the root of
every application. I would ssh in to the server, update the files from the
svn repository, then just issue a "touch web.config". Other applications on
the same server are not affected, requests are queued and the whole .Net
application (e.g. the BlueDragon.Net environment) is reloaded.

I would love to have something similar with OpenBD!
