I downloaded this from the website:

Ready2Run Jetty/OpenBD  21 MB  download

Using http://[myipaddress]:8080/test.cfm from the server I can view the
output from my test page just fine.

Using http://[myipaddress]:8080/test.cfm from a workstation I get:

HTTP ERROR: 404
NOT_FOUND
RequestURI=/

Powered by jetty://

OK, so we know Jetty's running. Did you download the pre-built Jetty
bundle from the OpenBD site? If so you should be able to hit
http://IP:8080/dump.cfm and get something. If you downloaded the WAR and
deployed it yourself, then you would have to add the context path to
your URL, meaning something like http://IP:8080/ContextPathHere/ and
then perhaps a file name.

With some more details on your setup we'll get this sorted out.
