Hi Hugo, Are you running multiple bluedragon instances (i.e. multiple bd webapps) that will use the same WEB-INF folder? If that's the case, one issue I'm aware of is that they will all attempt to send the emails from the mail spool and as a result, sometimes multiple copies of the same email are sent.
