The bluedragon folder doesn't really have much in it. If you're not using any client-side Java, then you can just delete the "bluedragon \jars" folder; if you're not using any client-side JavaScript (CFFORM, CFWDDX), then you can just delete the "bluedragon\scripts" folder. Otherwise, it should be safe to use a symlinked folder (but why would you want to--it's so small anyway?).
