Hello Nal,

While I haven't personally used Tomcat on Plesk, the Tomcat
installations on other ControlPanels have somewhat specific
installations. You could go about modifying Tomcat to use OpenBD
globally, but that might break how Tomcat interacts with Plesk.

Your safest bet here would probably be to install OpenBD on to a
specific site that has Tomcat enabled on it.

Does Plesk have any documentation on how to deploy a war file that is
site-specific? That would probably be ideal in a situation like this.
