Great that gives me hope I will try get that connection between apache and tomcat for a start. I have tried the mod_jk method that has not been successful and was quite complicated for me anyway.
You are suggesting mod_proxy. Would you have any litle generic example would be great event with dummy path specifically for openbd I have direct access to the apache conf files but am also unsure of which to use. I am on apache2 and there are a few (apache2.conf /sites-enabled/ mysite.com conf.d/vhost/mysite.com/httpd.conf and some more) My understanding is that they all get loaded is a particular order and I am not sure which file to modify. Thanks a lot for your help. It is really appreciated and hopefully it will help others on the way. I will keep you posted of my progresses anyway. >On Dec 4, 10:39 am, Matthew Woodward <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > nal wrote: > > openbd works on myipaddress:8180/openbd > > So far so good ... curious why 8180 and not the typical 8080.
