When I go to /openbd/bluedragon/administrator/ I get the following error: (Any ideas?)

My apologies--you ran into a bug that was unfortunately an oversight on my part based on a recent change to the bluedragon.xml configuration file. Basically it didn't used to have a password node, but now by default it has a blank password node, so that caused a bit of an issue.

I believe all you need to do to fix that is go into your bluedragon.xml file (let me know if you don't know where that is), find the <password> node, and in that node type a password of some sort, for example:
<password>admin</password>

Save the XML file, restart OpenBD, and you should be good to go.

This has already been fixed in the latest admin console so you could also grab that from SVN. I'll be setting up a stable build of that as a zip file soon. It will also be included in the nightly builds of OpenBD, and will be in the next point release of OpenBD.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Let me know if you have any further issues.
