Hi Augusta, Which version did you download?
In the WAR download, you should see the bluedragon/administrator directory whilst in the ready2run Jetty version, you'll find this directory in each of the webroot_cfmlapps\cfmlWebContext_1 and webroot_cfmlapps\cfmlWebContext_2 directories.
