I can't believe I didn't think to check for an index.cfm or to specify it on the url. It did not solve the problem, btw, but it did finally give me a response from OpenBD saying that the file index.cfm wasn't found. So, I'm still thinking that this is some sort of path config issue or something.
Thanks for you help today Matt. I've got to run right now (or I'll be late), but I'll check back later tonight or tomorrow to see if Jordan or anyone else has had any ideas as to what's causing my problem or what other information I can provide that would help to solve it.
