I was trying to use BD.net from NewAtlanta initially.  My thinking was
that 'surely the commercial product would be easier to set up and
use'.  Let's just say that after about 3 hours of dicking around with
BlueDragon .net and 15 minutes dealing with the OpenBD+Jetty package
proved that thinking wrong : )

I got Jetty+OpenBD running quite easily (since the only way to screw
it up is to screw up the java install).  I'm using the JDK from Sun -
for some reason when I tried using the JRE I got a missing class
error...

Now I'm going to try and get OpenBD connected to SQL Server 2005,
hopefully the documentation in the sample bluedragon.xml is sufficient
to clue me in.
