well I took the bate and decrypted for now. I'll spend a little time on the weekend to recode. but I have cut over to Jetty/OBD and I think everything works.
I had three issues with my coding come up. I needed to remove (1) dbtype="odbc" change (2) cgi.pathinfo to cgi.scriptname and the (3) decrypt encrypted custom tags. thanks for the help.
