I'm really new to OpenBD - just tried my first install of it on my
local machine today, and am quite excited about the prospect of not
needing ColdFusion Server!

I've been trying to decide on Jetty vs. Tomcat, and a couple things
are factors in my decision. I like what's being said about Jetty and
that it seems more lightweight, especially with the appeal of the
Ready2Run bundle. But how do I get it to handle my .htaccess files,
which I use religiously for search-engine-friendly rewriting, and
across multiple hosts?

And can I easily use phpMyAdmin without having to install apache, and
if not, am I really better off using Tomcat?
