this is on the client.
it will be copied into a (local) folder by the user.

once copied into the folder - (my current plan) the user will just
click on a batch file that will convert to MP3 and upload the MP3 to
server. I think I can do a command line conversion w/ lame.exe, use a
batch file to do the FTP (fixed location on server).

Has anyone seen a good web player (music) for OGG yet?
