This is what I will do for now. Thanks for listening. This is a kludge to make it easier for a user to convert a WAV to MP3 and upload to server for processing by BD application.
(1) INSTALL http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lamedrop.php download: http://www.rarewares.org/dancer/dancer.php?f=228 (2) Double Click EXE and a square box shows up. Right - click to EDIT ENCODING and output set to 192kbps and Set other output directory. create a single output directory for the conversion. c:\uploadmp3\ ACCEPT changes and exit program. it will create the INI file w/ these settings. (3) create the following two text files in your output directory.
