Thanks Alan. That's what I needed.

I dropped the new OpenBD jars in my $JETTY_HOME/lib/openbd directory  
as you advised, replaced the 6.1.12rc1 Jetty jars with the updated  
6.1.16 versions, and the whole process was painless.

Thanks again to everyone on the OpenBD team for your hard work and  
pushing me to become more familiar with Java and servlet containers.  
That knowledge opens up the possibilities so much more.
