Wow, So I figured out the problem.
I had several different browsers going. I somehow managed to never check this with any other than IE. First mistake. Apparently, there is a "white page" bug in IE that requires a regsrv32 function flush or whatever, to reload a dll. This fix took care of my problem. It had nothing to do with Jetty/ OpenBD.
