For the record - just to eliminate other possible factors, I just tried a fresh install (following the CF7 instructions) of Mura (instead of my upgrade) and I get the same error. If it would help - I could just zip up my webroot (including openbd), but then the paths would be all wonky - it might be just as easy to install it from scratch (quite simple).
