I think fixed the problem but I'm not entirely sure what was going
on.  The problem was related to the issue that had previously happened
with using coldspring constructor args instead of properties on BD.
It was only an issue with the mailer bean.  Strangely, the problem
persisted even when I removed all implementation out of the mailer.cfc
to the point that all the code that is had was a simple init methods
with no arguments.

Also the error was coming from a line of code inside the
coldspring.beans.DefaultXMLBeanFactory that was infact inside of a
cfinvoke tag.

Anyway it seems to be working ok now. Obviously I haven't tested it
too much with open BD, but I definitely want Mura to support it so
please let me know in the Mura forum if any runs into any issues.
