It's definately cookie related.
I'm working on this right now.

I don't knwo what I did, but I got it so that you can hit company.com then
hit www.company.com

Originally, www.company.com would break right away (you'd noticed images
couldnt display from the first render, aka the RED X where the FLASH image
would be).

But now, you can hit www.company.com and it shows fine. You can refresh and
it shows fine. However, go to the other tab, refresh company.com, then go
refresh www.company.com, and www.company goes to the white screen.

As stated before, you can get www.company.com back by deleting browsing
history.

Here is what I do in IE. ToolBar > Options > Internet Options > General Tab
> Browsing History > Delete

Once you hit 'Delete' you are taken to a menu with options.

It's cookie related, because I tried each option one at a time.

Deleting 'Temp Internet Files', 'History', 'Form Data', etc.. (anything
except Cookies) and it doesn't fix the white screen.

Delete 'Cookies', and go refresh www.company.com, and bam, it's back to
normal (at least until you make a call to 'company.com' without the prefix).
