Steve,
I just went through pulling my hair out trying to get tomcat & apache to
talk on ubuntu, and thought maybe you were having a similar issues. I've
setup OpenBD on Windows 7 & Centos with no problems, but ubuntu's 9.10 &
10.04 apache configuration is completely different. Hopefully someone will
update the wiki using the tutorial I sent you earlier since the apache
configuration for Windows & certain flavors of Linux are different.

I have found using the openbd.war install the easiest to setup if that
