Okay, for logging:
1) Open the IIS Manager
2) Click your top-level server
3) In the middle column, click the "error pages" icon (It will show you
a list of error pages)
4) With that open, click "Edit Feature Settings" in the right-side menu
5) Select the "Detailed Errors" radio button, Hit OK
With 32-bit, we shouldn't need to worry about the app pool. The current
connector is 32-bit.
Let's see if the detailed errors can give us some better direction here.

url less index.cfm) (all are in same folder)
Gonna have to help with the extended error reporting.
