Thanks! I'm going to have to read that a few times to absorb the logic. But it makes sense and thanks for replying. I need to make a decision on how I implement this, but I also don't want to do the wrong thing and waste my time. So i'm kind of twiddling my thumbs as I wait until I feel comfortable enough to code it out.
I was actually going to implement CFThrottle so that if usage became abnormal, a captcha would appear and be required.
