My antivirus software was making the cpu maxout.  I excluded the
tomcat directory and fixed that issue.

As for c8/cf9 with railo and opendb, I would get a connection not
available message for each engine url (I think) when trying to load
all 4 wars at the same time. I could connect to tomcat succesfuly (I
think using localhost:8080).

I finally just accepted it, and am using tomcat for opendb/railo and
jrun/multi instances for cf8 and cf9.
