This isn't the control script. ;)

Try this instead:

/opt/openbd/openbd_ctl restart

Also, if the "change_user.sh" script isn't present, you're probably using the 1.2 installer. Try the 1.3 installer instead:

http://openbd.viviotech.net/

Alan will get the 1.3 installers linked up to the main site instead of the 1.2 installers as soon as he has time.
