[OpenBD] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I have apache/tomcat installation with openbd. I am getting this error

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

I remember reading one time that there is an xml file that can be edited to increase heap space. Where would that file be located?
