Open up the Tomcat service control, click the "Java" tab at the top, and the fields for the memory are at the bottom of that screen.

It depends on how you installed Tomcat. If you used the OpenBD Installer
or the Tomcat installer, you can control the amount of memory using the
Tomcat service control.

I guess I should have said this is on a win2003 server. Would that mean
the file extension should be the .bat?

Place a setenv.sh or .bat file in the bin directory of Tomcat and set
the JavaOpts like:

JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -server -Xss512k -Xms512m -Xmx1G
-XX:NewSize=512m -Djava.awt.headless=true
-Dorg.apache.jasper.runtime.BodyContentImpl.LIMIT_BUFFER=true
-XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:SurvivorRatio=4"

export JAVA_OPTS

This will give you almost the same settings as the Adobe CF one.
