OK now i am getting closer a quick google search revealed that this is a "automatic validation feature" built into coldfusion. When a form field ends in "_time" the server attempts to validate the field and if this validation fails the response from the server is "Form Entries Incomplete or Invalid".
My personal opinion is that this behavior should be turned of by default. (I hope it can be turned off). I have spent hours tracking this issue down. :( Ahh before I dive back into google, if you know how to disable this functionality please post here.
