I disagree with this because as far as I know the only thing this causes
issues with is Facebook, and turning it off by default might cause
unexpected behavior in all non-Facebook applicatoins.

You can also change this setting in the admin console as opposed to doing it
in the XML directly.

Apologies again I didn't think about this issue that was already documented
on the wiki. A quick search of "facebook" on the wiki pulled it right up.
