I need to get openbd running on a sbs 2008 server to serve a cfml application. I downloaded the 1.2 windows installer, ran it, ensured that enable IIS 7 was checked and it finished with no issues. So, I went to the openbd administrator at http://localhost:8888/openbd/administrator/login.cfm and I get page cannot be displayed. So, I went under "Services" and noticed that the "Apache Tomcat OpenBd" service was not started so i started it. Again I tried to access the openbd administrator and still no love. So then I went to the "Open Bluedragon" group in the start menu and tried launching the "OpenBD-Tomcat Service Monitor" which of course gave me "Access Denied" error. So, I chose "Run as administrator" which successfully launched it. So in "Apache Tomcat OpenBD Properties" window I noticed that the "Tomcat 6" service said it was stopped which I thought was strange since I had just started it under the "Services" panel in Windows. So, I started it and again I tried to access the openbd administrator and still no love. So, I went under the IIS 7 Manager and looked at the "ISAPI Filters" and I saw the OpenBD filter listed. So, at this point I'm stumped. What gives?
I suspect some kind of permissions issue but I don't know where to even start. I need to have this running under SBS 2008 since this is the only server in the customer's site and only one public IP. Exchange 2007 is configured and running with OWA. I would appreciate some help on this issue.
