Hi, The cflayout tag is nothing else then creating <div>'s with ID's. I would suggest that you convert them to div's.
Furthermore, if you use "Ajax" with them then you are better off learning how to pass those request with jQuery or "natural" Javascript. This will give you 100% control over your code and there will be no "compatibility" issues in the long run.
