Thanks for response. Yes, it is 1.4 upgraded recently and the previous
version behaved in the same way.

On the Log Files screen it says "No log files available"

On the Run Time Error Logs screen it says "No runtime error logs
exist" in red and then "No runtime error logs available" in black
below that.

No installation errors. Nothing untoward in the bluedragon.log

The log files all go where they should and I can see them if I remote
desktop onto the machine.

I just cant see them through the admin console.
