ooooh hold on a moment ... the key here is that the cron also ran them
twice!
That suggests to me that problem is not OpenBD, but maybe the way Tomcat
is setup. The scheduler internally, simply makes an HTTP call out to
the main engine there is no hidden magic there.
are you sure you have only _one_ openbd running?
So it sounds like something screwy is going on with the app server; are
you in a position to do this in Jetty and see if it works out okay?
