I can only guess that he/she might consider the term within the
context of the suite of products that Adobe provides in web design.
Perhaps Dreamweaver and CF Builder have bundled the server-side features
of CF into nothing more than a black box inside the IDE's design view;
which might appear to exist only to serve the design process as a result.
Using the view of someone in that role, I might see how the fact - that
ColdFusion actually serves the production process as well - could be
lost in their step of the process.
That, or applicant is simply full of it...
