These are not unused libraries.
We are planning on letting you use as much of the CFML language inside
of GAE as possible.
As for memoryfootprint/starttimes; no it doesn't seem to cause any
noticeable difference.

I don't understand why they were added if they aren't used on gae.
Doesn't this increase the memory foot print and cold start times?
