Thanks guys, I really appreciate your help. I'm not very familiar with the guys of this, I've only had to work with the front end before so this is tough for me.
I did find the bluedragon.xml file and did find the <debug> setting & switched it to true. But even after restarting the Apache Tomcat OpenBD service, I'm still not seeing the debug info and only the generic "There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed." which just pisses me off more with each reload.
