I can't replicate the problem.

Fresh install of MySQL 5.5 on a Windows VM.

Fresh download of OpenBD Ready2Run version 1.4, using the default MySQL
drivers that ship with OpenBD 1.4.

Created a test database in MySQL with a user table with fields id,
first_name, and last_name.

Ran this query:
<cfquery name="test" datasource="test">
  SELECT * FROM user
</cfquery>

Runs fine and a dump shows the correct data.

When I created the datasource in OpenBD I accepted all the default settings
for MySQL datasources, meaning that cache resultset metadata is *unchecked*.
