Ok, I downloaded a fresh copy of Vivio's Windows Installer. I backed up my old install and went through the uninstall process.
Deleted the folders, etc. I went through the install process and fired up OpenBD admin, no problem. Rebooted, no problem. I could still pull up the admin. I copied over my backup configs, and my webapp folder.. Restarted, and nada.. Apache won't start.
