I'd say Alan is the best placed to answer this I think its just a case
of how you bootstrap Jetty but i'm guessing the solution used on Railo
would be very similar.

The other thing that makes OpenBD very attractive for this type of
deployment is the very low memory footprint

Whats your timescale ?
