We already use git internally (we have a private github repo also) so we are ok 
with the git part... But yeah, I don't think you can do a "just upload a war 
file" because from what I can see they don't actually have Jetty setup as a 
conventional J2EE server by default... That is where I'm hitting my knowledge 
wall - I've never dealt with low level Jetty configuration stuff before.

I skimmed the site and it looks like they want you to use Git to deploy. I 
didn't have enough time to dig deeper.
Is that IT for publishing options there?

They mention Java, so you'd think they'd have some kind of "just let me upload 
a war file" option, no?

That's how I do Cloudbees. It's so darn simple.
