[OpenBD] Using JNDI

We currently have a GlassFish 3 container hosting OpenBD and we would 
like to connect to a JNDI connection for our datasource. Does anyone 
know of a good walk through to accomplish this?

1. web.xml
2. inside the CFML app
3. etc.
