OK, just to be clear... this goes back to something I mentioned before...

CFINCLUDE (and mappings too, for the sake of this discussion) have nothing to do with URL's. These tools help one CF file find and reference other files within the structure of your own file system.

URL's are things a browser uses to request files from a web server.

So first, make sure that any named resource that you request from a browser is actually sitting in the literal place where the URL assumes it is. Then we'll talk about includes and mappings from that point forward...
