I use webmin to administer both my MySQL and PostgreSQL databases (I was
using phpPgAdmin)
And my email server, and my logs, and my RAID array, CD mounts, Apache,
file manip, chron jobs, backups, etc...
I know this makes a lot of command-line folks cringe, but about the only
stuff I type out now - is for installing and restarting tomcat.
Additionally, if you already use Eclipse... the SQLExplorer plugin can
provide a nice little suite of basic db tools for that IDE.

Yes it's a linux server.
I didn't think Webmin included an SQL administrator.
