Maybe he's talking about Bluedragon .net (just saying, it could be possible)

I did google the compatibility guide and it does say that Bluedragon CFFLUSH 
'works differently' to ColdFusion. It says refer to section 7.5 but I think 
it's actually section 7.2 (hey we all make mistakes). 

Then I googled the poster and found this and LOLed;
