Upgrading from the installer doesn't follow the same methods as a WAR deployment. Most of the files will end up in the lib folder of your installed root (eg. c:\openbd\lib). There are a few others that are around as well, so you will just need to open the WAR file and find where they go. Remember to backup everything just in case. :)
