First things first you need a custom install you're not going to do this
with ready to run easily

If you use the boncode connector from iis to openbd then you can easily on
a folder by folder basis make the decision as to whether bd.net processes
the files or openbd

There should be no problem mixing .net and .cfm pages in a single site

Forget about sharing sessions, not going to happen easily, easier to build
your own db backed system or cookie based but you're not going to get them
sharing session scope without some effort.

Now you might be able to point bd.net and openbd at the same client
variables database but thats a guess not proven
